I feel like nobody knows quite what to eat on their wedding day. Everyone knows that you SHOULD eat SOMETHING. But… like what? Most brides have butterflies in their stomachs or are anxious for one or multiple parts of the day and food is the furthest thing from their minds.
But what bride wants to pass out when it comes time to saying her vows? No one, of course. Being sure to eat something AND drink a good amount of water will help prevent that.
Well, instead of telling you what TO eat, I found a helpful infographic that will help tell you what you should be avoiding for at least a week before your wedding, if you can! I thought it was super helpful and most of these made lots of sense to help any bride look and feel her best.
