Today, I am starting a crossfit. And I’m not sure what to think about it all, just yet. BUT, I DO know that I really want to kick my butt into gear, get into better shape and eat right.
I’m not sure what I’m getting myself into, though.
I got up at 5:30 am this morning and I am just about to head out the door to my first session. I’ll surely update you ASAP with my success OR massive failure.
Has anyone ever done a crossfit? Any experience or advice for me that I should know? DOES ANYONE WANT TO JOIN ME? For reals, yo. I want to get fit during the holidays and not just SAY I’m going to wait until after the New Year. The time is NOW.
But I’m scurred.
