Today, I am starting a crossfit. And I’m not sure what to think about it all, just yet. BUT, I DO know that I really want to kick my butt into gear, get into better shape and eat right.

I’m not sure what I’m getting myself into, though.

I got up at 5:30 am this morning and I am just about to head out the door to my first session. I’ll surely update you ASAP with my success OR massive failure.

Has anyone ever done a crossfit? Any experience or advice for me that I should know? DOES ANYONE WANT TO JOIN ME? For reals, yo. I want to get fit during the holidays and not just SAY I’m going to wait until after the New Year. The time is NOW.

But I’m scurred.

  1. I’m not doing crossfit, but I have been going to an exercise bootcamp (the trainer used to play for the Cardinals and the Steelers)…it totally kicks my butt.

    You’ll do great Jess! It def gives you extra motivation! We can exchange workout stories 🙂
